General
When will my order ship?
For handmade crafts the wait time can be 2-6 weeks before shipment. I use a third party to print the pieces, then I must wait to receive them in order to build them for you and ship them out. While I do my best to keep inventory of anything available, sometimes more orders happen than I am prepared for. For other items like enamel pins, charms, Dragon Companion, etc they should ship out within the week (unless it is listed as PREORDER or ON BACKORDER).
If you order items that are IN STOCK and PREORDER, all items will ship together when the preorder items arrive. If you need them separately, please contact me.
Can I return an item?
I ask that all customers bear in mind that I am not Amazon and processing refunds is not fun. If your item(s) arrive damaged or are lost in transit, they may be exchanged or replaced (pending investigation) free of charge. Please be sure to photograph any damage when contacting me.
I do my best to be sure information and photos accurately depict the products, please make sure to read descriptions. If you decide you don't like what you bought and would like to send it back please email me at Straya@artofso.com. The item must be returned in new condition. Once it is received I will process a refund for the total, excluding any shipping fees.
Something is wrong with my order! Help!
If your order arrives missing items or damaged please make sure to take photos of the damage and email me at Straya@artofso.com - please include your order number so I can verify any missing items. I'll work with you the best I can to fix the issue!
If your shipment did not arrive at all, please understand this may be out of my control, I recommend contacting your local post office or the carrier with which your items were shipped. Once I drop off orders I am no longer in control of them!
Can I make a rush order?
This depends if I have the item in stock and ready to pack and ship. Please contact me and give me the details of what item(s) and how fast you would need delivery. Do keep in mind I make no guarantees on deliveries, once the box is dropped off it is out of my control.
Do you collaborate with other creators?

Do you take commissions?
Personal/individual commissions are rare and highly dependent on if I feel I will enjoy the project. You are welcome to contact me and ask about your ideas.

How big are the crafts?
Sizes very by which type of craft it is:
Tabletop full body: 15" on its longest side
Tabletop bust: 12" on its longest side
Wall hanging bust: TBA
Wall hanging crests: TBA
What materials are they made of?
My handmade crafts are digital art printed on a 3mm black PVC. The printing is not a sticker and will not peel off. Occasionally limited run pieces will also have acrylic mixed in with them based on the design.
Dragon Companions
What are the sizes of the Dragon Companion & Wing Wallet?
The Dragon Companion ita bag is approximately 15" tall with the dragon. The bag area is 11" in diameter and 4" in thickness! Inside the large holding pocket are 2 open pockets for organizing needed items, along with an additional zipper pocket for things that can't be loose.
The Wing Wallet measures approximately 8" long and 5" wide, this includes the decorative wing. The inside features two clear pockets for IDs, a large hidden pocket on each side for bills and documents, many slots for bank cards and in the middle is a zippered pocket for change and other loose items!
What materials are the bags/wallets made of?
All of the Companion bag and wallets use a PVC/vegan leather. No animal leathers are used in my products. I am also particularly picky about the quality of the pvc leather used so you will not find the cheap "pleather-like" stuff you see in retail stores. The printing on the bags are done by a UV printing process. The Companion is not known to chip or peel easily!
Can I get custom colors?
Yes and no. While I am more than happy to consider a custom color commission there are many factors to it. The materials needed for the Companion are in bulk and I cannot make just one, a minimum of 50pcs are required for a custom color. I am happy to discuss custom designs for anyone willing to meet the required quantities.
